- Select Clear history and confirm.
Method 2:-
By using the ping.exe to check whether this is a connectivity issue.
- Push the Windows + R button, and then type cmd to get access to the command prompt.
- Now, when you have entered the command prompt than in the command prompt, type ping www.yahoo.com
- If you get the ping successful then you should see in the Packets: Sent = 4, Received = 4, Lost = 0
- If you find different values than that, then there may probably be an issue with the network, and you may resolve the error code 652314 by resolving the network issue.
