Note: To complete these steps, you must have your email and password provided by your Internet service provider (ISP).

• Start Outlook on your Desktop by choosing Outlook 2013 or 2016 from the Application Menu.
• Now select the File tab and in the Info category, choose Account Settings in the drop-down menu.

Select New on the Email tab. In the Add New Account dialogue box, enter these credentials to configure the setting.

1. Select Manual setup or additional server types, then click on Next.
2. Select POP or IMAP, click Next.
3. Under User Information, In the Your Name box, type your full name. In the Email Address box, type your full email address that your ISP provided.
4. Now, Under Server Information, If you select POP3 or IMAP in the Account Type box, configure the following settings:

In the Incoming mail server box, type "mail.contoso.com." Or, 172.12.0.0. as an IP Address.

Now in the Outgoing mail server (SMTP) box, type the name of the outgoing email server "mail.contoso.com." Or, the name may be in the form of an IP address, such as 172.12.0.0.

• Under Logon Information, enter these following credentials:
• Type your username, In the User Name box. 
• Type the password that your ISP provided, In the Password box.

 In the last, Select Next > Finish.

• As a first move, open the setting in your Android Smartphone and tap on ‘accounts’ and then enter to ‘add account’. Now, Select “Personal (IMAP)” or “Personal (POP3)” in the ‘add account’ section.
• In the next screen, you will be asked to enter your SBCGlobal email, enter it. Then click on ‘Manual Setup In the left side down of the same screen.
• Now you will get a screen with question ‘What Type of Account is this? Here, ‘Select ‘Personal (POP3)’. Then enter your SBCGlobal account password.
• Enter ‘pop.att.yahoo.com‘in the next screen, as the incoming email server and 995 as the Port. Then Tap on ‘Next‘.
• Enter ‘smtp.att.yahoo.com ‘as the outgoing server and 465 as the Outgoing Port number.
• Check the SSL box (Use Secure connection) and change the port if necessary.
• In last, choose ‘Next’ to complete the Email configuration settings.

Now you will get a message to select the Synchronize Frequency. Turn sync ON so your Android device can get all your SBCGlobal mails on your Smartphone.
